    I am starting my apartment hunt early, hoping to find a great place. My husband and I are searching for a 1 or more bedroom apartment or a house to rent in Ypsilanti this fall.

    We will have been at our current apartment two years. We love it, but need something bigger. We are clean and courteous tenets with a steady income. Would love to find a place that we could spend years at.

    Must be:
    Cat friendly
    On 1st floor
    1+ bedrooms
    ~$700 / month or less

    Dream apartment has:
    Wood floors
    Laundry
    Backyard where I can garden
    Near Depot Town or downtown, but not in the student ghetto.
