For those of you who have witnessed these on the corner of Washington and Michigan, and those who admired/despised their sidewalk chalk graffiti/art—you won't be able to do that anymore, it seems.
It appears that the doctor performing these services has upped and left, as the building is now for rent. His name and other information is also gone from the door for the most part, too.
Where the doctor has gone, I am not sure.
Doctor who performs abortions leaves Ypsilanti
i remember glancing down and chuckling after leaving a show at the elbow room one night. someone had chalked a long arrow pointing in the direction of the office with the message 'this way to abortions!' written above it. completely absurd.
My favorite was the chalk outline of a baby with the word "BABY" written in it and a conversation bubble that said "DON'T KILL ME!"
Oy.
How did I miss all that?
I saw the protesters, but never their chalk-work.
