Does anybody actually know these guys? I am trying to get in contact with them.
I will be manning the rooftop Saturday night around 2:30 a.m., because I know that's a good time to see the Segway man with the always neat polo shirt (we've always been lucky spotting him in the past), but I'd like to talk to at least one of them sooner.

I happened to be driving by his house a week or so ago when they were testing them out in the driveway. It's been a while since I had seen/heard anything about the Segway, it looked like fun. Expensive fun.
Yep that was me out and about. I use them to go everywhere in the city. Much easier to get around and park. Cost less than 3 cents a mile to operate, 80% carbon footprint reduction, quiet and I save money on parking fees and hassles.

There's currently a debate in my home over my strong desire to purchase a moped, for the same reasons you stated. My desire was increased exponentially when I left my car overnight in a permit-only zone, which I didn't realize when I parked it at night. $50. Sigh.
